Working on a Computer

Computers are available for those students registered at the Centre. Assistance from program staff is provided as needed.

We have many excellent software programs. Some assess current skills. Some serve as teaching tools to help learn new skills. Each Centre has a large variety of programs available that help with reading, writing, grammar, vocabulary, spelling, math, keyboarding and life skills (self direction / self management).

Students working on improving their reading, writing, spelling or math skills can also get training in basic computer operation skills and word processing.
